At salesforce since 2008, Francois comes from the InStranet acquisition. He is the product manager director for the Service Cloud team and is in charge of the Salesforce Knowledge product.
Brendan Callum, Practice Manager, Service Cloud at Clear Task.
Brendan heads Clear Task’s Service Cloud® Practice, where he is instrumental in leading strategy and services for clients implementing saleforce.com Service Cloud and innovative social applications. He has driven Service Cloud projects for more than 30 organizations, including Verisign, Kabam, Activision, and Twitter. Brendan was also one of the first ten consultants to be Service Cloud Certified.

Sandra holds a Masters in Molecular Cellular Biology. She has worked in biotech R&D for several years, first at Motorola, then at KaloBios (privately held company), and came to MolDev in 2005 as an Applications Scientist. Sandra is now responsible for administrating ServiceMax at Molecular devices.
Ashok Kuruganti (AK), Director of Sales, ServiceMax Inc.
Ashok has 24 years of experience in Software and SAAS applications sales, and is currently responsible for Sales in Western U.S, Australia and Japan. Prior to ServiceMax, Ashok held Sales and Senior Executive Management positions with Oracle, Siebel Systems, Broadvision, and Salesforce.com.
